META4 Interactive Inc. (“META4,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of players who enjoy Transformers Beyond Reality Reloaded on the Meta Quest 2 and Meta Quest 3 VR headsets.

This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding information collection. Because we value your privacy, we have designed this game to function without the collection of any personal data.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, share, or sell any personal information from users of Transformers Beyond Reality Reloaded. Specifically:

  • No Personal Identifiers: We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or account usernames.
  • No Registration: The game does not require you to create an account with META4 Interactive Inc. to play.
  • No Location Data: We do not track or store your GPS or precise geographic location.
  • No Biometric Data: While the Quest hardware uses cameras and sensors for movement tracking, META4 does not have access to, nor do we store, any raw camera images, facial mapping, or “point cloud” environmental data.

2. Analytics and Third-Party Tracking

Transformers Beyond Reality Reloaded does not use any third-party analytics tools (such as Unity Analytics or GameAnalytics), advertising SDKs, or tracking cookies. Your gameplay data remains entirely local to your device.

3. Meta Platforms Data

The game is distributed via the Meta Horizon Store. While META4 does not collect your data, the Meta Quest hardware and the Meta Horizon OS may collect data according to Meta’s own Privacy Policy.

  • We do not access your Meta User ID for leaderboards or cloud saves.
  • The game does not transmit “Events” or “App Usage” data back to META4 servers.

4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

Because we do not collect any personal information from any user, we do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from children under the age of 13. Our game complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by maintaining a zero-collection environment.

5. Data Security

As we do not collect or store any user data on our servers, there is no risk of your personal information being compromised via META4 Interactive Inc.
